How to Order:

Each piece of jewellery is handmade by Claire – some are one-offs, others are limited batch productions.  We aim to despatch all ‘in stock’ orders within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment.  If an item is currently ‘out of stock’, it means that Claire is in the process of creating more of this design, so it can usually be ordered as a ‘back order’ to be despatched as soon as new stock is ready, please contact us and we can let you know when your item will be available. 

Items that are ‘made-to-order’ will be made for you to your specification, so please allow 2-4 weeks for despatch, and don’t forget to let us know which size, or which custom variations, you require. 

In the unlikely event that despatch of a special order or an alternative size within the 4-week period is not possible for any reason, Claire will contact you and discuss the options of an alternative delivery date or, should you wish, cancellation of your order and full refund.

All Jewellery is supplied in a stylish, branded, quality card gift box and is sent in sturdy packaging for its journey through the postal system.



We accept payment through Paypal online.  Payment will be taken securely through the Paypal system through either your credit card or your exsisting Paypal account.  It is also possible to pay by cheque or direct bank transfer on request, please contact us for details. 



Both UK and International postage is included in the item price, so there is no extra to pay. 

UK Customers:  Your jewellery will be despatched by the Royal Mail Special Delivery service, which guarantees next working day delivery by 1pm and is trackable.  This service will require a signature on delivery.

International Customers:  Your jewellery will be despatched by the Royal Mail Airsure Service, if available, or the most appropriate service for your destination, so please allow a little longer for delivery (most services deliver within 3-5 working days). 

Despatch of your order will be confirmed by e-mail along with your parcel tracking number so that you can track your order through the Royal Mail website.


Returns & Refunds:

We very much hope that you will be happy with all your purchases from Claire Wood Jewellery, but if you do need to return an item to us, we are happy to offer a full refund, for any reason whatsoever, even if you have just changed your mind, provided that the item is returned to us within 14 days of receipt, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging. 

Return postage will be at the buyer’s expense unless the item is found to be faulty (we would strongly recommend using an insured, trackable service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery)

Please note that it is not possible to return custom made or commissioned items.
